Further details regarding this committee will be released ahead of CUIMUN XXVI in August 2020.
The Group of Twenty brings together the governments and central bank governors of 19 of the world’s leading nations and the European Union. A powerful organisation, its members account for 90% of the Gross World Product and two thirds of its population.
The G20 committee at CUIMUN XXVI will be a dynamic double delegate committee, where each member of the delegation has an assigned character to represent in different specialist negotiations. Delegates, in addition to normal committee debate, will need to liaise with their co-delegates and forge an effective, coherent negotiating strategy across both sub- committees.
